Dating from the 1st century AD, its structure includes key elements such as the cavea (the seats for the audience), the orchestra (the semi-circular area in front of the stage) and the stage (the space where the performances took place).\u00a0<\/p><p>Despite erosion and the passage of time, the theatre retains much of its original structure.
