On the ground floor of our hotel, between noble columns and natural light, you will find Balbuena y Huertas, a restaurant in Seville that interprets Andalusian tradition with a contemporary look and a taste for detail.

At Balbuena y Huertas, we reinterpret Andalusian cuisine using local ingredients of the highest quality, such as local olive oil, fish and seafood from the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, meats and sausages from the Sierra Morena, artisan cheeses and local breads.

The elegant but intimate atmosphere accompanies the experience, with reserved spaces for more intimate encounters and uninterrupted cuisine from 13:00 to midnight.

Monday to Thursday from 16:00 to 00:00.

Friday and Saturday from 16:00 to 2:00.

On our rooftop is Rooftop Alzali, our private oasis with swimming pool and solarium, which connects with the atmosphere of Balbuena and Huertas on the ground floor. A relaxed space with greenery and privileged views of Triana, perfect for enjoying signature cocktails, snacks and live music while the Sevillian sky merges with the sunset.
