About the offer

What would be your main functions?

You will prepare, cook and present our dishes in accordance with the standards of quality and excellence that characterise Club 29.
You will be involved in setting up, running and clearing away buffets and events, helping to ensure that every experience is unique for our customers.
You will be responsible for the proper organisation and preparation of the kitchen, ensuring that everything is ready to provide impeccable service.
You will carry out the necessary mise en place to ensure that service runs smoothly and operations are efficient.
You will keep your workspace clean, tidy and safe, helping the team to run smoothly and ensuring that hygiene standards are met.

Minimum requirements

Minimum qualification: Studies in catering and hotel management desirable.
Experience: 2 years in a similar role
