About the offer

What would be your main functions?

You will welcome our guests and handle the check-in and check-out procedures, providing a warm, personalised and efficient service.
You will look after guests throughout their stay, answering their queries and anticipating their needs to ensure they have an exceptional experience.
You will manage bookings, invoicing, payments and administrative tasks typical of a reception role, ensuring a prompt and accurate service.
You will handle both internal and external calls and enquiries.
You’ll share your knowledge of the city to recommend restaurants, activities, shows and experiences that make every visit unique.
You will coordinate additional services, bookings and special requests, taking care of every detail to exceed our customers’ expectations.
You will assist with the daily closing of the reception and ensure the smooth running of the hotel’s operations.
You will assist guests with their luggage and transport needs.

Minimum requirements

Minimum qualification: Studies in catering and hotel management desirable.
Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role
Languages: Spanish, business English
