SCHEDULED TO OPEN IN SEPTEMBER
Manage the maintenance team, including shifts and task allocation.
To be responsible for the maintenance and smooth running of the systems and machinery at the hotel’s premises.
In the event of problems or faults, arrange for the repair yourself.
Inform the other hotel staff of the instructions for using the machines and systems on the hotel premises.
To be able to deal with basic issues relating to the hotel’s electrical systems, plumbing, painting, etc.
Carry out their work using safe practices to prevent accidents at work.
Keep an inventory of the hotel’s facilities.
Respond promptly to emergency situations.
Work as part of a team with other hotel staff, such as housekeeping staff, kitchen staff, receptionists, waiters, etc.
